Condensate Pumps

Automatic Condensate Removal Pumps – VCMA Series

Automatic condensate pumps for the removal of water dripping off air conditioner evaporative coils during the dehumidification process, or the removal of water caused by the condensing of exhaust gases from high efficiency furnaces.

Float switch controlled, these pumps turn on when approximately 2-1/4″ of water collects in the tank, and automatically turn off when the tank is drained to approximately 1-1/4″. condensate pump

Automatic Condensate Removal Pumps – VC Series

condensate pump2Little Giant VCC Series pumps are ideal for automatic removal of condensate from air conditioning equipment, de-humidifiers, high efficiency furnaces, condensing boilers, and other equipment where an automatic drain pump is required. Low profile housing allows for installation in those tight or limited spaces. These VCC pumps are rated for high-efficiency gas furnace applications that produce an acidic condensate.

These Condensate Pumps Feature:

  • LOW PROFILE for installation in limited spaces
  • Suitable for High-Efficiency, Gas-Furnace Condensate
  • Vertical type pump unit
  • 1/30 hp motor
  • Leak proof, rustproof, ABS plastic tank
  • ABS motor cover, tank & volute
  • Glass filled polypropylene impeller
  • Stainless steel motor shaft
  • Snap-action switch
  • 3/8″ OD barbed discharge
  • Removable 3/8″ barbed check valve
  • Safety overflow switch
  • Maximum liquid temperature: 120°F.
  • Capacity: 80gph @ 1′
  • Thermal overload protection
  • cCSAul listed
  • 115 Volt model:

• 6′ power cord with 3-pronged plug
• Maximum vertical lift (Shut-off) at 20′

  • 230 Volt model:

• 6′ power cord with plug
• Maximum vertical lift (Shut-off) at 17′

Electronic Condensate Pumps – EC-400

condensate pump 3The EC-400 is designed to automatically remove condensate from wall mounted ductless mini-split air conditioners where normal gravity drainage is not possible. These are conveniently created with a compact design to allow components to be placed in most air handlers. Or, the pump can be positioned up to 3′ above or adjacent to the air handler in the ceiling joist space or inside the line-set channel. A three position switch (on, off and overflow detection) is activated by a float located in the collection reservoir. The EC-400 are for intermittent use. Correct operation should be a maximum of 50% of the duty cycle. Air conditioner condensate produced must be no more than half the pump’s flow rate for any given head. View the EC-400 pump flow rate chart.

These Electronic Condensation Pumps Feature:

  • Designed to remove condensation from most mini-split air conditioning units up to 25,000 BTU/h
  • Can be placed inside air handler or located up to 3′ above reservoir
  • Two piece design for flexible installation
  • Maximum vertical lift (Shut-off) at 35′
  • Self priming
  • Quiet operation
  • Includes safety switch

Reservoir: 3.25″ H x 1.5″ L x 1.4″ W
Pump Controller: 4.4″ H x 1.4″ L x 1.75″ W
