I was extremely happy to find out that the problem was in my thermostat and not the AC unit. At reasonable cost my AC unit was working again within an hour. We have used Terry's A/C for about four years. They have always been very prompt, reliable and honest. Recently we had them replace one of our systems. It was a six year old system installed by our builder. Terry explained the problem in detail and answered all our questions. He gave us three options to deal with the multiple issues and was patient while we made the decision. We have been dealing with Terry for 20 years. Terry has installed 8 AC systems in various properties for us over the years. Never had problem with any of the units. Terry came out by himself on the 4th of July to install a unit that had died the night before. He and his crew installed another system on Memorial Day weekend.
